“Go Texan” Parade!

The Go Texan Parade is scheduled for Saturday, February 16 at 1 pm, downtown Conroe.  This years theme is “Cowboy Hats & Graduation Caps”. Please join us for the parade at 11:30 p.m. at the Montgomery County Democratic Party Float as we get ready for the parade that starts at 1 p.m.  All Democrats are welcome to join us including kids of all ages!

The theme this year is Cowboy Hats and Graduation Caps so come in your western wear, your old letter jacket, your red white and blue, or whatever pleases you as we walk with our float celebrating “Graduate to Voting”.  Wear comfy shoes for a nice slow stroll  thru downtown Conroe.  We will be handing out candy and information, carrying positive message signs, and be accompanied by our Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrars!  Every one had a great time last year and we hope you will join us.  For updated information check the www.mcdptx.org website.  We hope you will come.  as we plan our float & all the details of this fun event!
